- One certificate per completed level — each one earned by examination and assessment
- Pause and resume under the Academy's program-access policy
Not sure where to begin? Choose your professional goal.
Every certification stands on its own — you are never forced to complete all three. Start from the goal that matches your life today.
I want to build confidence
You speak in class, at work, in church, or in meetings — and you want to do it calmly, clearly, and well. Start at the beginning.
Start with CES →I want to become a professional speaker
You already speak, or you are ready to build a serious speaking career — keynotes, positioning, pricing, and clients.
Go to CPS →I want to become a trainer or coach
You teach, train, facilitate, or coach others — and you want the professional standard and the credential to prove it.
Go to CPTC →I want all three certifications
You want the complete journey — emerging speaker, professional speaker, then trainer and coach — at the pathway price.

Admissions placeholder: the Academy's enrollment and application forms will open on this page with the 2027 intake. Four journeys will be served, each with its own form:
- Student A — CES only: a beginner enrolls directly in the Certified Emerging Speaker program. Open enrollment, no experience required.
- Student B — direct entry to CPS: an experienced speaker applies for direct entry to the Certified Professional Speaker program, with evidence of practice. Admission by approval — the examinations and assessments still apply in full.
- Student C — direct entry to CPTC: an experienced trainer or coach applies for advanced direct entry to the Certified Professional Trainer & Coach program, with evidence of training or coaching practice.
- Student D — the Complete Pathway: one enrollment for all three certifications, unlocked level by level as each is passed.
Every form will ask for your country of residence, because tuition follows residence — Cameroon residents pay in FCFA, international students in USD. No student is ever charged automatically for another certification.
Institutional partnerships
The Texas Institute of Public Speaking (TIPS) owns and operates the Academy: it delivers the training, administers the examinations and assessments, keeps student records, and issues every Academy certificate. TIPS is in discussion with the Cameroon National Speakers Association (CANASA) regarding a proposed professional certification partnership. Any such arrangement will be announced on this page if and when a formal agreement is concluded.
