Certified Professional Trainer & Coach (CPTC)
The Academy's highest certification — for experienced speakers, trainers, teachers, facilitators, coaches, consultants, HR professionals, and corporate training specialists.
Program at a glance
- Level: Advanced
- Duration: 12–16 weeks
- Entry: CPS completion, or an approved advanced experience and competency assessment
- Tuition: 150,000 FCFA for Cameroon residents · $599 for international students
Tuition is set by your country of residence, not your nationality: residents of Cameroon pay the FCFA rate, and students residing elsewhere pay the USD rate.

What certification requires
- Complete all required modules.
- Pass the examination with at least 70%.
- Submit a professional training plan.
- Deliver a practical training or coaching demonstration.
- Achieve at least 70% on the practical assessment.
Award: Certified Professional Trainer & Coach (CPTC), issued by TIPS.
Two ways in
Progression: complete the Certified Professional Speaker (CPS) program and continue directly into CPTC, paying only the CPTC tuition.
Direct entry: experienced trainers and coaches may apply for advanced direct entry, supported by an advanced experience and competency assessment. If the application is approved, you enter CPTC without first completing CPS. Applicants who do not yet meet the advanced standard are offered the appropriate preparatory training instead.
No certification is granted on the basis of experience alone. Direct entry admits you to the program — every CPTC candidate, however experienced, must still complete the required modules, submit the professional training plan, pass the examination, and pass the practical demonstration assessment.
The top of the pathway
CPTC completes the Academy pathway: CES → CPS → CPTC. Each certificate you have earned along the way remains permanently on your record, whether you arrived level by level or by approved direct entry.
